Boccia and New Age Kurling

On 27th February 2020, we competed in the Yate Academy Boccia and New Age Kurling Level 2 competition.

Our Boccia team played exceptionally well. They lost their first game 3-2 against Silverhill but quickly recovered to beat Almondsbury 3-1, Woodlands 2-1 and Culverhill 3-0. In their last game they lost 3-1 against Frampton. Overall this left them in 3rd place and they went away with a Bronze medal. A great team effort.

Our New Age Kurling team were brilliant from start to finish. They won all four of their games. 7-1 against Culverhill, 7-1 against Almondsbury, 6-3 against Frampton and 12-0 against Woodlands. They worked very well as a team and should be very proud of themselves. They were the overall winners and have qualified for the Level 3 Games in April!

Well done to everyone who took part, you were amazing!
